From March 30 to April 2, 2021, the 22^nd Shenzhen International Industrial Manufacturing Technology & Equipment Exhibition (ITES) and the Shenzhen International Machinery Manufacturing Industry Exhibition (SIMM) (referred to as “Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition”) was held as scheduled in the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an New Hall). As an important supplier of integrated metal cutting tools and supporting equipment in China, Hengerda participated in the exhibition with its sawing tools and equipment, showcasing new technologies, products and processes to the market.

At the exhibition, Hengerda presented its series of bi-metal band saw blades - “RJ”, “LINGYING” and “DAJU”- as well as “DAJU” ceramal circular saw blades, and new products including carbide tipped band saw blades, gear grinding band saw blades and two types of high-speed bandsaw machines. (Carbide Tipped Band Saw Blades)

Carbide tipped band saw blades feature a high-alloy spring steel backing and carbide teeth. With high red hardness, high wear resistance and high hardness, this product is generally suitable for cutting high temperature alloys, nickel-based alloy stainless steels, titanium alloys, copper alloys, aluminum alloys and other materials.

(Gear Grinding Band Saw Blades)

The gear grinding band saw blade, a new process product made from bi-metal high-speed steel, feature enhanced tooth geometry, smoothness finish and sharpness, resulting in stronger sawing capacities and a longer service life.

Among this year’s exhibited products, the horizontal high-speed bandsaw machine (model: H-6045NC) made its debut. Designed to pair with ground-tooth and carbide band saw blades for metal cutting, this intelligent CNC sawing machine is equipped with a PLC programmable control system and an innovative intelligent sawing module. By selecting the material type in the system interface, the machine automatically adjusts cutting feed, blade speed, and other parameters to achieve optimal cutting efficiency while greatly extending blade life. All machine operations are controlled via a PLC touchscreen with digital display, allowing seamless switching between automatic and manual modes.

Making its debut at this exhibition, the high-speed saw machine impressed many visitors with its novel and eye-catching color scheme,  practical structural design, and superior dynamic performance, attracting a large number of inquiries and business discussions.

As the exhibition comes to a close, Hengerda's debut exhibition in Shenzhen also came to a successful conclusion.
