Lin Zhenghua, male, Chinese nationality, born in February 1965, currently pursuing an EMBA degree.

He has been serving in the Company since November 1995 and currently holds the positions of Chairman and General Manager.

Mr. Lin founded the Company in 1995 with his own investment. He organized and led the technology R&D team to overcome key technical challenges in heat treatment processes and equipment for heavy-duty die-cutting tool production, and successfully developed and manufactured heavy-duty die-cutting tools, gradually achieving import substitution. With three decades of deep expertise in the metal cutting tool sector, Mr. Lin possesses extensive corporate management experience in R&D, manufacturing, and sales of metal cutting tools, intelligent CNC equipment, and rolling functional components. He has received many honors including the title of Outstanding Private Entrepreneur of Fujian Province.

Chen Liqin, female, Chinese nationality, born in February 1966, high school education.

She has been serving in the Company since November 1995 and currently holds the position of Director.

Ms. Chen concurrently serves as Director of Putian Ligao Shoes Co., Ltd. and Executive Partner of Putian Hengerdazhi Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership).

Fang Junfeng, male, Chinese nationality, born in May 1981, bachelor degree.

Member of the 8th Putian Municipal Committee of the CPPCC; Vice Chairman of the 4th Executive Committee of the Putian Licheng District Federation of Industry and Commerce.

He formerly served as Securities Affairs Representative for Fujian Haiyuan Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and 3TREES Paint Co., Ltd.

He has been serving in the Company since March 2018, and currently holds the positions of Director, Deputy General Manager, and Board Secretary.

Su Jianxiong, male, Chinese nationality, born in March 1983, associate degree.

He has been serving in the Company since October 2006, and currently holds the positions of Head of Sawing Tools Division and Employee Representative Director.

Chen Shaohua, male, Chinese nationality, born in December 1961, doctoral degree.

He formerly served as teaching assistant, lecturer, associate professor, and professor in the Department of Accounting at Xiamen University. He currently serves as a retired professor rehired by the Department of Accounting, School of Management, Xiamen University.

He has been serving as an independent director of the Company since November 2024.

Currently, Mr. Chen also serves concurrently as President of the Xiamen Multinational Enterprise Accounting Association, Vice President of the Chief Accountant Association of Xiamen City, independent director of China National Investment and Guaranty Corporation (unlisted), independent director of Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. Lei Genqiang, male, Chinese nationality, born in February 1963, doctoral degree, Certified Tax Agent.

He formerly served as Teaching Assistant, Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Professor in the Department of Finance at Xiamen University; Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, Director of the Department of Finance, Vice Dean of the School of Economics, and Party Secretary of the School of Economics. Currently, he is a retired professor of the Department of Finance, School of Economics, Xiamen University.

He has been serving as an independent director of the Company since November 2024.

Chen Han, female, Chinese nationality, born in January 1983, doctoral degree.

She formerly served as a Research Assistant at the Center for Accounting Studies of Xiamen University. She has been employed at Xiamen National Accounting Institute since November 2014, and currently serves as Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor, and Director of the Institute of Management Accounting and Financial Management.

She has been serving as an independent director of the Company since October 2021.

Currently, Ms. Chen also serves concurrently as Standing Council Member of the Xiamen Multinational Enterprise Accounting Association; Independent Director of Zonergy Corporation (unlisted); Independent Director of XTC New Energy Materials (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. Ms. Chen obtained the Intermediate Accountant qualification approved by the Fuzhou Civil Service Bureau in October 2012 and received the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certificate from the Institute of Management Accountants in June 2018.

Ms. Chen formerly served as Director of Audit and Deputy Director of Accounting at Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd.; Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Fujian Zhongrong Technology Co., Ltd.; Chief Financial Officer at Fujian Triplex Investment Group Co., Ltd.; and Finance Manager at Fuyao (Fujian) Bus Glass Co., Ltd. She has been serving in the Company since May 2024 and currently holds the positions of Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer.

Lin Quan, male, Chinese nationality, born in October 1997, bachelor degree.

He has been serving in the Company since January 2021, formerly serving as Head of the Rolling Functional Components Division and currently holding the position of Deputy General Manager.
